I am a Board Certified Licensed Psychologist, with over 15 years of experience working with people to help them overcome stressors related to grief and loss, relational issues, attachment disorders, depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. I also have certification as a certified trauma specialist. In addition, I provide supervision services to those seeking professional development.

My life's purpose is to assist individuals and families recognize their full potential. I implement psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral psychotherapy methods to instill self-understanding among patients and encourage them to adopt helpful attitudes and thoughts towards life situations. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix. Therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the patient and therapist alike. But in the end, learning positive coping strategies to address fear, disappointment, or hurt can bring life-altering transformations in our mind, body, and spirit.
